Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Keshavam Gruh, we take immense pride in the quality and purity of our traditional sweets. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation is necessary. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery. If you cancel before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
- After Dispatch: Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been dispatched from our facility or handed over to our delivery partners.
2. Returns
As we deal in consumable food items (sweets, dry fruits, etc.), we do not accept returns to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our customers.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed in the following scenarios:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, tampered with, or spoiled in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Share clear photographs of the product and packaging with our support team. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
- Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, report it within 24 hours. We will either refund the amount for the missing item or ship it separately.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive a product you didn't order instead of what you requested, we will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verified proof.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method:
- Online Payments (UPI/Cards/Netbanking): Refunds will be credited back to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, we will request your UPI ID or bank account details to process the refund electronically within 5-7 business days.
